Deli Home is a Benelux market leading producer and distributor of made-to-measure, do-it-yourself and building supplies. With revenues of over more than 340 million Euro and 1,250 employees and known brands as CanDo, Skantrae, Weekamp, Lundia and Bruynzeel the Deli Home products are well known by professionals and consumers. Deli Home, based in Gorinchem, the Netherlands, has sales-offices and production locations all across Europe (Belgium, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, France and Hungary).

Founded in 1974, Trinity Consultants is a Texas based EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety), engineering, and science consulting firm. Trinity provides highly technical, regulatory-driven services to clients in various end markets primarily in the US.

Solina is the leading European manufacturer of ingredient and seasoning blends serving over 18,000 customers in the food industry. Solina designs, hand in hand with its clients, blends that improve the taste and production process of their products. Solina has leading positions in the countries it operates in, resulting from superior customer service and R&D capabilities. The company puts sustainability at the centre of its activities by creating healthier food solutions and more sustainable diets as well as by contributing to the development of meat-alternatives.

Project Cocktail is the first investment by Ardian Real Estate Europe Fund II in Spain. Built in 1992, the c.10,000sqm office building is located in a central urban area near AZCA, Madrid’s main financial district, and within the M-30 inner ring road. It is currently 100% leased to a single tenant, that has occupied the building for over 20 years.
The building has five floors (ground floor and four upper floors) and has c.160 underground parking spaces across three floors. The large parking area is a clear differentiating factor with respect to other buildings inside Madrid’s urban area.
Ardian Real Estate intends to carry out a refurbishment of the building, to adapt it to current market standards.
