The property, built in the 1910s, is composed of three different blocks, one on the corner of two streets (Via Melzi D’Eril and Via Londonio), the other in the internal courtyard and a smaller one mainly used to enter the garage.
The building is currently 30% leased (two tenants) and it will be subject to a complete refurbishment in order to deliver prime Grade A office spaces.

Founded in 2002 by its current CEO, Stijn Vandeputte, Trustteam offers a broad range of IT outsourcing solutions for SMEs, which includes infrastructure, datacenters, cybersecurity, communications, software and maintenance services. The Company, which has a wide customer base of around 1,500 clients, supports SMEs which have limited internal IT capabilities by acting as a trustworthy and reliable partner to run their IT systems. Thanks to the high efficiency of its operational staff, Trustteam has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and has developed long-lasting relationships with its clients.

Headquartered in Lyon, France, Opteven is a leading player in Mechanical Breakdown warranty in Europe and roadside assistance in France. The company operates in seven European countries and has offices in France, Italy, the UK, Spain and Germany. It has formed strong relationships with customers (i.e. auto manufacturers, dealers and rental companies, as well as banks and insurers), selling most of its contracts in a B2B2C business model. It has more than 1M mechanical breakdown warranties and nearly 3M assistance contracts.

The office building located in the central district of Berlin-Wilmersdorf was built in 1993 and thoroughly renovated in 2019 and 2020. The property consists of a front building and an adjacent, triangle shaped building stretching out to the backyard of the property, offering c. 13,300sqm of lettable space. The asset comprises 8 full stories above ground and has a rooftop terrace, providing an immaculate view towards the Memorial Church and the Tiergarten.
